Nicholas J. Kennedy

Nicholas J. Kennedy is an Associate Attorney at the Sloane and Walsh, LLP Boston office. Mr. Kennedy concentrates his practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including general liability defense and insurance coverage defense.

Mr. Kennedy earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations & Information Management with a minor in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021. In 2025, Mr. Kennedy graduated with his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. At Suffolk, Mr. Kennedy served as Chief Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and was also involved in Suffolk’s Sport and Entertainment Law Association.
