September 24, 2020—Senior Partner John A. Donovan III has won a significant victory on behalf of his client in one of the first live jury trials in New England since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. John and Sloane and Walsh Associate Mara Finkelstein tried the case before a jury in Federal Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the insurer on all claims and issues.
