Ms. Oldenhoff’s trial and appellate practice involves medical malpractice defense, general liability and employment disputes. She represents individual healthcare professionals, executives, hospitals, medical facilities, and various other corporate and group practices in these matters before all trial courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Appeals Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and other administrative agencies of the Commonwealth, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor/Occupational Safety & Health Administration. She has acted as primary counsel responsible for all aspects of trying and preparing cases for trial, arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Oldenhoff has also prepared and argued appellate briefs before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth.

Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, Ms. Oldenhoff represented executive employees negotiating employment contracts, compensation packages and separation agreements. She also litigated employment disputes involving breach of contract, non-competition, discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation claims. Ms. Oldenhoff’s practice also involved the defense of complex product liability, premises liability and consumer protection claims.
