Michael McCabe

Michael McCabe is an attorney with broad experience in the insurance industry. He focuses his practice on the representation of insurers in bad faith litigation, first party property litigation, property and casualty coverage disputes, life and disability insurance litigation, and complex civil litigation. He has held senior counsel roles at Farmers Insurance Exchange, MetLife, and Metropolitan Property and Casualty, managing all aspects of litigation, providing claims guidance, and handling regulatory matters. Earlier roles include trial attorney work in Massachusetts courts and claims adjusting for CIGNA. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (Boston, MA) and Providence College (B.A., Political Science).
