Ms. Levine graduated from Merrimack College in 2019, earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with minors in U.S. History and Pre-Law. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2022. While in law school, Ms. Levine was the Associate Executive Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, served as a legal writing teaching assistant, and served as a research assistant. She also taught constitutional law to high school students as a Marshall Brennan Fellow, and acted as a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney for the Suffolk Juvenile Defenders Clinic. Finally, she gained practical experience in civil insurance litigation while serving as a law clerk at Sloane & Walsh in her final year of law school.
Ms. Levine also volunteered pro bono for Lawyers for Civil Rights during law school, and externed at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. She has published several pieces on international and domestic human rights issues, and she continues to dedicate significant time to community outreach and justice.
